The free laundry service was a lifesaver, especially after traveling around. I appreciated the complimentary toiletries and the well-lit areas throughout the space. Despite these positives, I found the bed a bit hard, which might not suit everyone's preference. The bathroom layout felt cramped at times, making it challenging to navigate. Although the staff were helpful, the slow lift was a bit annoying after long days of exploring. Still, the location was incredibly convenient, just a quick walk from Taipei Main Station, making it easy to access transport.

Ope! The staff were so kind and helpful every time we needed anything. The room was super clean with a big comfy bed, a nice little bar station for snacks, and good wifi. Loved that we could do laundry for free since it was hot out. Just wish the pressure in the shower was better!

I encountered a persistent mildew smell in my room that made my stay uncomfortable. Despite the staff providing a dehumidifier, the issue remained unresolved for my entire visit. Furthermore, the hot water temperature control was erratic, making showers frustrating rather than relaxing.

We had a wonderful family stay! The location was fantastic, with just a short walk to the main transportation hubs, making it easy for us to explore nearby attractions. The kids loved the convenience of the shopping mall nearby, and we enjoyed the nearby foot massage places that provided much-needed relaxation after long days. The free laundry facilities were a lifesaver for us with little ones.
However, the layout of the bathroom felt a bit cramped for a family, which could be challenging for larger families during busy mornings.

The location was superb, just a short walk to the MRT lines that connect to various attractions.
